The Marketing Director for Straumann Benelux will be responsible for shaping and implement-ing marketing strategies that increase multi-brand awareness, market reach, and revenue growth. This role involves working with a diverse and dynamic team, managing integrated mar-keting campaigns across various channels, and collaborating with sales, product development, and global teams to position Straumann as a market leader in dental implant solutions.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with corporate goals to drive market expansion and business growth. Collabo-rate & strategically align with EMEA Regional Marketing, as well as Northern Hub Heads of Marketing to exchange and share best practices.
• Brand Management: Maintain consistent brand messaging, positioning, and visual iden-tity across all communication channels.
• Market Insights: Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and industry shifts to identify opportunities for growth and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Product Marketing: Oversee product launches, market positioning, and go-to-market strategies in partnership with the product development team. Oversee forecasting of key products according to growth targets & evolving market needs.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and events, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Marketing Automation: Lead the design and accomplishment of marketing automation campaigns to foster customer engagement, nurture leads, and streamline marketing op-erations.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxem-bourg to develop marketing materials, training tools, and lead-generation initiatives that align with sales targets. Maintain knowledge/understanding of product portfolio with focus on digital innovation.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, in-cluding dental professionals, industry associations, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Budget & Performance Tracking: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allo-cation of resources and monitoring key performance indicators to measure success.
• Team Development: Foster a high-performing, collaborative marketing team, providing guidance and support for continuous growth and development.

RequirementsEducation & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English (French is a plus).

Experience

• Proven experience in senior marketing roles, ideally within the medical device, dental, or healthcare industry.
• Strong background in developing and executing impactful marketing strategies.
• Expertise in digital marketing, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
• Experience with product launches, brand positioning, and demand generation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audi-ences.
• Strong ability to interpret data and market trends to inform decision-making.
• Experience in managing and developing teams in a collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in healthcare marketing.
